RADIANCE: Eat to get glowed up
Universal Traits of Attraction and How To Achieve Them Through Nutrition
Winter is a time of hibernation, of eating more than normal, and of introversion. Listen to your body's requests for absolute nourishment and use the following foods to re-up your nutritional wealth. Get your body thoroughly nourished now, and be ready to flaunt your radiant skin, hair, energy, and aura come the warmer weather. Now is the time to indulge in nutrition dense foods that our cells crave.
GLOW
Carotenoids are orange pigments found in plants. Eating
a daily dose of 1-2 cups of carotenoid-containing foods
like carrots, winter squash, spinach, and sweet potatoes
will give your skin a radiant bronzed glow that science
has proven is though of as attractive.

JUICED UP
Dry isn't sexy. Keep you cell membranes juiced up with whole
food fats and reap the benefits: plump, smooth skin, and
luscious lips. For Omega-3s, eat fish 2 -6 times per week.
Other nourishing fats to add: coconut manna, egg yolks, ghee,
avocado, and cod liver oil , raw milk cheese, and olives.
FLUSHED
There is nothing sexier than a natural, post-romp blush. A diet high in
dietary nitrates from whole foods greatly improves circulation to the
skin to give you just that. Eat beets, celery, kale, bok choy, spinach,
and other leafy greens every damn day to look flushed AF. Plus, add chicken.
The high niacin (vitamin B-3) content is infamous for healthy circulation.
SUPPLE
Skin's integrity is strengthened by tiny bunches of proteins called
collagen. Collagen is the building block for our skin, hair, nails,
bones, and connective tissue. Sturdy connective tissue prevents
cellulite, wrinkles, and saggy skin. Drink bone broth or cook with it
regularly for a collagen boost. Or add collagen powder to your
smoothies, soups, or shakes. Be sure to get vitamin C daily - this
helps to your body build collagen. Vitamin C is found in most fruits
and vegetables.
BRIGHT
You know that look: buttercream-smooth skin, clear white eyes, a smile
that could make anyone swoon. These are markers of a healthy gut
filled with beneficial bacteria. These bacteria ferment foods and turn
them into nutrients that give us a glow. Eat a hearty serving of
fermented veggies every day to boost gut health. Add probiotics
to your supplement stack. I like PB-8, but there are many great choices.
After all, true health -inside and out - begins in the gut.
ENERGIZED
High energy levels are considered a universally attractive trait.
That's right. Pep up, ladies and gentlemen.
Eating for energy looks like this:
EAT: Pasture raised beef, lamb, poultry, and eggs. Lots of fatty fish.
An abundance of colorful plants. An abundance of whole-foodderived
fats. Drink 1 Gallon of H20 a day (or between 3 to 4 liters)
AVOID: Processed foods, Sugar in all forms, Gluten-containing
grains, Fruit Juices, Over-cooked meat, Vegetable oils (corn oil, soy
bean oil, canola oil, safflower oil), and Non-organic dairy
