Stuffed Delicata Squash Recipe with Variations This is one of my all-time favorite ways to cook Delicata squash. Perfect for tripling the recipe and having leftovers. Grain, Meat, Veggie, Spice, Nuts, and Cheese based on the table below How To: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scrape out the seeds.
